Directions to Davie County Large Animal Hospital (DCLAH)

Highway 64 from the east.

From the Lexington NC area travel on Hwy 64 east to Hwy 801 north intersection.  Turn right onto Hwy 801 (north) go approximately 9-10 miles to I-40 west.  Take I-40 west to exit 174 Farmington Road, turn right and DCLAH is located approximately 2 miles on the right.  Look for sign and white pipe fence.

Highway 421 from the north.

At the Yadkinville/601 exit turn onto Hwy 601 South.  Travel approximately 8 miles and turn left on Hwy 801, go 8-9 miles and turn right (south) onto Farmington Road (at caution light).  DCLAH is located approximately 2 miles on the left.  Look for sign and white pipe fence.

From the Salisbury area travel 601 north to Mocksville.  At the intersection of Hwy 64, Hwy 158 and Hwy 601 go straight on Hwy 158 for approximately 4-5 miles.  Then turn left (south) onto Farmington Road (*look for BJ’s restaurant and muffler shop on left then a median before this intersection).  DCLAH is located approximately 2 miles on Farmington Road on the right.  Look for sign and white pipe fence.

Interstate 40 (I-40) from the east.

From Winston-Salem area travel west on I-40 take exit 174.  Turn right (north) onto Farmington Road, DCLAH is located approximately 2 miles on the right.  Look for sign and white pipe fence.

Interstate 40 (I-40) from the west.

From Statesville area travel east on I-40 take exit 174.  Turn left (north) onto Farmington Road,  DCLAH is located approximately 2 miles on the right.  Look for sign and white pipe fence.
